in a bad mood
with this attitude
that's kinda rude
on some wacky trip
that's chopped & screwed
au contraire mon frere
i'm sharing aptitude
i ask of you
with gratitude
to extend me some
fair latitude
to go in on this
one beatitude
and ride the beat
after this prelude
the meek shall
inherit the earth
don't get it twisted
that day will come
when all of our worth
simply persisted
nobody's bout 2 square
up the game

of rules that fools
invented to maim
the unassisted
so what to do?

i go by "swizzy"
shoe fits

to keep 'em busy
for so long
I've prayed to see
a vision
of my
people set free
collision
with the
powers that be
decision
take my best shot
and don't miss
precision
see the scale
unequally yoked
i'll tip it
drop a beat
that gets me stoked
